Extensive experience in the manufacture of stamped-metal parts, with various types of raw material – all types of steel (coated, electro-zinc coated, galvanised, stainless), aluminium, etc. – and with thicknesses between 0.3mm and 7mm.

Manufacture of parts using progressive dies (up to 2.8m in length) as well as step-by-step processes using single dies, or mixed progressive/single processes. Automated feeding lines up to 1000mm in width.

Additional thread-cutting processes – automatic or manual –, which are able to cut multiple threads of different pitches, if required by the project. Automatic thread-cutting processes can be incorporated into the press itself, reducing the number of manufacturing stages so as to increase production capacity and reduce costs as much as possible.
