We have 20 presses ranging from 60 to 400t, five of which are 400t. The majority equipped with automatic feeding lines. They are all in flawless working order and are perfectly maintained.

Our variety of presses of different tonnages puts a broad spectrum of possibilities at our disposal, in terms of both single and progressive dies, enabling us to manufacture parts using dies of up to 2800mm in length. Our feeding lines are up to 1000mm in width.

Our 400t presses allow us to manufacture parts with large progressive dies. In this way we avoid manipulation in subsequent operations, facilitating cost reduction enormously.

If the part requires it, we are able to incorporate automatic thread-cutting processes into the press itself, so reducing the number of operations. The aim of this is to increase production capacity and reduce costs as much as possible.
